Scope of Service Experience

Rich joined NAI Bergman in April 2006, as a principal of Bergman Management Group to develop third party property management. By the end of 2006, NAI Bergman had over 2,000,000 square feet of third party business under management. The buildings under management include office, industrial, and retail properties. Rich is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, including day to day property management, lease administration, financial and asset management, and leasing activity.
Rich brings over 16 years of experience in Office, Industrial and Retail Asset/Property Management to his duties at NAI Bergman. His proven track record in creating value by negotiating leases from an owner's perspective, maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction/tenant renewal, scrutinizing operating and capital expenditures, maximizing common area recovery, and developing additional revenue sources, which provides NAI Bergman property management clients exceptional value.
