Andy's career began with Duke Realty in 1994. His primary focus was leasing the Duke Realty office product portfolio within the Tri-County submarket, taking the portfolio from a success rate of 47% to 98% within 18 months. Andy was honored with the "Duke Gets it Done" award which Duke annually awards the firm's most promising new Associate.
While at LaSalle Partners (Jones Lang LaSalle) and Grubb and Ellis | West Shell Commercial, Andy gained corporate services experience while working with larger institutional owners. |
